(Q1)    Alan has 1/3 as much money as Bob and 2/3 of what Colin has. If Colin has $300 less than Bob, how much money do the 3 boys have altogether?

(Q2)   John spent $160 of his money on a bag and 1/3  of the remainder on a wallet. If he had 50% of his money left, how much money did he have at first?

[ P4 Question ]

(Q1)   Mightyman had some pens. He gave ¼ of what he had plus 6 pens to Beeman. He then gave 1/3 of what he had left plus 6 pens to Woodenman. After that, he gave ½ of the remainder plus 6 pens to Captain Africa. He had 6 pens left. How many pens did Mightyman have at first?

(Q2)   May and June have some money. If May spends $40 a day and June spends $20 a day, May will be left with $450 when June has spent all her money. If May spends $20 a day and June spends $40 a day, May will be left with $1350 when June has spent all her money. How much money does June have?
